The Community Theatre is a hidden gem for special events. We offer a variety of unique spaces with limitless possibilities, all organized by our expert team and your vendors. We’re open for immediate and future bookings and can help you plan your big day.
The classic retro combination of dark hues, rich wood and chrome trim highlight the look and feel of the theatre. Pass the historic ticket booth and you’ll find the lobby, restrooms and a concession stand stocked with cold drinks, snacks and hot buttered popcorn.

the auditorium
The 400+-seat venue includes a main floor, balcony and orchestra seating area with comfortable unobstructed views of the stage and screen. With side aisles and a mid-auditorium bridge, the theatre, stage and Post Road front office. The seating area offers plenty of leg room and multiple wheelchair spaces.

The expansive 46’x36’ stage, innovative lighting grid and audio technology support everything from school plays to large-scale ballet and orchestra performances. Digital projection and Dolby Surround Sound offer a true big screen experience for film events.

The re-imagined balcony features rows of traditional seats overlooking the auditorium and a private VIP Director’s Box with glass partitions, as well as a 20’x40’ skybox event space for receptions, private parties, dinners and meeting or classroom space.

With an entrance on the Post Road, the main offices offer VIP reception and green room space with dressing rooms and administrative offices.

*all rentals require a mandatory cleaning fee plus optional fees additional services
Rental includes basic utilities, basic stage lighting, basic in-house sound, front-of-house space usage, stage usage, access to two dressing rooms and an on-site event manager.
All space use requires a minimum 8-hour rental.
